There’s only one thing better than receiving an award for being the Best Commercial Contractor: Keeping it.
For the second year in a row, Jacobsen Construction has been selected as the Best Commercial Contractor in the 2015 Best of State Competition, which recognizes outstanding individuals, organizations and businesses in Utah.
Winners of the annual contest are selected using three criterion: Superior results and overall excellence in their field; innovative approaches, techniques and processes; and contribution to quality of life in Utah.
“We’re thrilled to be recognized again by the Best of State Competition,” said JCC President Doug Welling. “This award allows us to reflect on the exceptional industry relationships we’ve built, and inspires us to reach even higher to help our clients and communities achieve their dreams.” Those dreams currently include projects on nearly every higher-ed campus in Utah, as well as: A new children’s cancer research center at Huntsman Cancer Institute; Provo City Center Temple; Utah Valley Regional Medical Center Expansion; and office buildings at Vista Station, Draper Pointe, Thanksgiving Park and Thanksgiving Station.
“Jacobsen is proud to be honored among dozens of other Utah citizens and business that strive to make our great state an even greater place to live and work,” added Welling. “We’ll continue to do all we can to make life better in Utah and beyond.”
